I agree To further expound on @Missingrosie 's comment, I believe we all have innate psychic ability. Its just that some have more ability to access it than others.

When you least expect it....

I think it is TRULY a sixth sense ..not just an expression...got evolutionized out of access or maybe it is coming ...with all the electronic communication going on..limiting face to face... If it was coming...it has been derailed.
