Hi! I am a new forum member and the first thing is your post! If you still have them, I would love to have some of the seeds! I have some that should be coming off soon and will share! I have "Magnum" and "Bogota" that I am awaiting seed ripening. I have yet to grow from seed and am anxious to get going!

Sure, I have some red amaryllis seeds - it is a NOid; but they are very pretty velvety red with pointy petals.
I've not grown these from seeds but just last month, I sowed some and they are up! They were older seeds so I thought I would just sow and see what happens.

I don't have mangnum nor bogota. Bogota is very pretty.

I can hardly wait to see how these guys look in bloom... in about 4 years! This is a good goal to add to my "bucket list" I am just 5 months from Medicare so I have to hang in there to see them!

piksihk - how long did it take for your seeds to come up? I just planted some 2 weeks ago. They are not up yet - I was wondering when I should expect some sprouts.
