Currently, when you pull up the main page for the swap, you see a summary of your activities such as # of items bought, # sold, etc. But, the actual 'Sold items' page doesn't give that information. I think it would be great if the sold items page showed the total number of items that you have sold in the swap. Other 'nice to have' options would be to list the sold items by item. While the current method of listing by 'Buyer' helps fill orders, a list by item would help keep track of just how many are needed of each item.

Just my 2 cents!

Rick, I was thinking the same thing as I was prepping my swap plants.

The current set up is going to be great for when we're dropping off the plants, but it's a bit cumbersome when we're trying to gather the plants in preparation.

I think the easiest solution would be to set up the chart so that it can be sorted by either Buyer or Plant. We had mentioned this to Dave after the seed swap and I think he said it'd be a little while before he could work on any major changes to the swap tool.

Right now, I'm doing a cut and paste into a Word document to do my sorting.

Good suggestions! Hang onto them...

Dave did tweak the tool so we had the option of letting people sign up after trading had "officially" started... but he said that was petty much all he'd be able to do with the tool for some time. He has his plate full to overflowing with the NGA acquisition.

I totally understand how that works! Years ago, I was working full time and running an antiques business. Then we decided to acquire a national organization and launch a companion org at the same time. I just don't have that kind of energy anymore! Sighing!
