The Excellent Sorghum

By dave

Sorghum is in the grass family and is closely related to corn. In fact, when it's young it is nearly impossible to differentiate it from corn. If anyone ever tells you they have volunteer corn in their garden, you can sound smart by guessing that it's sorghum.

Wanting to make a garden "for the critters".... would including some sorghum be a good idea for my feathered friends... got a couple chipmunks and squirrels too.......
I hate losing plants....I know they are "just plants" but when you nurse them along and baby them and get them to grow, bloom, and be pretty and they die....it's like losing a friend..... Crying
