I haven't seen anything on the internet. You can ask Debby Fisher from SiverStarVinery,com. She travels to Europe a lot and brings new clematises from there. She has many new varieties not advertised on the website.
Thanks Luda and Clint for the info. I've ordered many beautiful plants from Debbie over the years. But, this is one she doesn't have. She says it doesn't ship well because its' roots are thread-like.
I've looked at some of the main clematis specialists in England (they pretty much all now sell c.k. Amber) but so far I haven't found any who will mail to the US. Thorncroft used to mail outside the EU but no longer do. If I hear of anyone willing to send to the USA, either from the UK or from France, I'll add a post here, although I fear it may be very expensive.

Most of the sites listing this one are from the UK, I only found one site that stated USDA zone: 5b but who knows if that is accurate since it wasn't a site actually selling it.
