Springtails are only found in healthy environments.

If you haven't got tons of them then leave them alone, they probably jumped on board when you put the pot outside.

You might try getting them into a plastic cup to put outside, I use a thin piece of card to slide under the cup once the bug is inside. Springtails can jump though!

The little white mite looking things are springtails too? So these are different than the initial fungus gnats? When I watered the plants all these (the white little mite looking things and spring tails) emerged and started crawling everywhere. I sprayed with the neem oil out of fear. I also broke up tobacco and put on top of soil. Ugh did I mess up? Also seeing little white mite things on stem now Sad should I just toss the plant before they all get infested? It was doing so good before!

There's a picture of a fungus gnat larva on this page (scroll down), they are "worm-like" with shiny black heads. If they're in the potting mix they'll be attacted to a potato slice if you lay one on the surface, then you'll see what they look like.

It may be that you are watering the plants a little too much.

These are different and crawling all over Sad little white things. I put it back outside, don't want my whole house infested! Or my other plants! I did take a cutting that looked the healthiest, but it's also a little blackened.
