I did get a newsletter or something. He contacted me ME, don't know where he got my email address, but when I looked him up on DG, I noticed he had negative feed back, no too many, but he had not responded to any of the negative feedback. I sent him a email and told him not to ignore the negative feed back because so many people will check you out on DG before they even order and you have no idea how much business you are loosing. I told him it would be better to refund the whole amount because each negative comment cost him ten times that much in lost sales. So far he has not taken the advice. It's too bad. The smart companies never even consider ignoring Watchdog!
