In case you haven't heard, ATP now has a plant database! Click on the "Plants" tab at the top of any page to get there. Search for Heuchera and you'll see that Dave already has a huge amount of plants listed. The Heuchera database from Cubits will soon be integrated into this one too. Several people have already added beautiful pictures. We'd love to have everyone participate by adding their pictures and information too. If you have any questions about adding to the database, please ask Carolyn22 or me. Looking forward to seeing the database grow to be the best!

Adding as much as I can for now. Still have to go back and fill info's in.

Is here a place for informatnon on how to do that. There is a picture in the data base already of this one. I see where you add plants and words but no images. Sorry, I'm sure it is very easy.

Spring, after you open the entry for the plant, scroll down to the bottom. The very first action is "Add photo of this plant. Click on that and it will walk you through downloading a picture. Let me know if you have any more questions. Beautiful picture of Pear Crisp, by the way!

Finally got my computer back from repair today glad to see all the nice pictures getting added to the database. That is a great looking Pear Crisp.

Bob - glad you are back. I have had that happen in the past as well. I had lost all of my pictures at that point. Since then I do back them up - hope you didn't lose anything.

Thanks good to be back. You do feel a little lost without it. I did lose some pictures but not all. These laptops seem to come up with a lot more problems then desktops.

Also I was looking in the older forums for some pictures and could not find the one with scotcats gardens it had a lot of pictures that would have been good in the database ,but seems to have disappeared when we moved to ATP. She had those really nice pictures of Marmalade in a wheel barrel.

Happy you were able to save most of your information. I still use a desk-top. I have tried my sons laptop but hate it.

Bob, I noticed her pictures were missing too. I believe everyone had the option to remove their pictures if they desired, and I'm afraid that's what she did. It is a shame, she did have beautiful plants.

I recently subscribed to Carbonite, an on-line backup service. That way if my computer crashes I'll still be able to get all my pictures back.

Springcolor the laptops have their value too . Just take getting used to. Wish I had the money to get both . I went with laptop because on a nice day I can take out in the yard with me. or just put on my lap while in living room . I also like that I can attach to my big screen tv and use that as monitor for video and pictures.

Chris I hope she comes back it was nice to have someone in Europe to hopefully see so of their introductions. The forum that is missing though had some of my pictures when we were discussing Fire chief. Maybe I'm wrong.
