Can agastaches be propagated using stem cuttings? This usually works well for me with salvias. Thought I'd better ask before I start trimming on the plants.

Did you get to propagate the agastache? I just bought my first one and am curious.

No, @Zazinnia, I have not gotten around to it yet. Our weather here in Central Texas has been dismal this month. I've been busy trying to keep the weeds down and my spirits up with all of this rain. Hoping this system will be gone for good soon and I can do some cuttings. I'll let you know how it goes. Good news is that the three agastaches I have are still alive. Glad they're in pots with good drainage so are not water-logged like so many of my other plants. I read that they like to be on the dry side since they're desert plants. Which one did you get? Mine are all "Acapulco" hybrids. I'll keep you posted.

I found Arizona Sunset on the clearance rack at Lowes for $3. I am excited to try it! Yes, I have watched the weather channel and lots of rain in your area. Hope it dries out soon for yall. We are expecting a few inches this weekend from this tropical depression.
