What is this? Malvarosa?,

The leaves look similar to Malvarosa, but I am not familiar enough to say for sure. This link shows a close up of Pelargonium gravolens for comparison.

This looks like one of the Selaginella to me. It's beautiful.

I had one as a kid that was called Resurrection Plant that would curl up and look dead when dry but would uncurl when whetted.

It also reminds me of Club Moss of some sort. Photo's from the database for comparison:

If your in the Philippines I would guess Selaginella cupressina that is native to the region. I see it is not in the database. I'll get it added.

I first thought Selaginella also, but I could not find any pics with stems like that. There is a large colony of Resurrection Plant growing on a live oak not far from my house.

I believe the natural growth would sprawl but in this case has been restrained artificially into this form. You can see a band holding them together.
