The leaves look similar to Malvarosa, but I am not familiar enough to say for sure. This link shows a close up of Pelargonium gravolens for comparison.

I had one as a kid that was called Resurrection Plant that would curl up and look dead when dry but would uncurl when whetted.

If your in the Philippines I would guess Selaginella cupressina that is native to the region. I see it is not in the database. I'll get it added. Smiling

I first thought Selaginella also, but I could not find any pics with stems like that. There is a large colony of Resurrection Plant growing on a live oak not far from my house.

I believe the natural growth would sprawl but in this case has been restrained artificially into this form. You can see a band holding them together.
