Hello - Please help identify this plant. I bought a new home in December and am enjoying all my new plants that are sprouting up!

Please can you take a photo of the entire plant and also let us know which city/state/country you are in.
Edited to add:
I can make a guess at it. Maybe a type of Yarrow?
Sunset Zone 28, AHS Heat Zone 9, USDA zone 8b~"Leaf of Faith"
