DEAR DUTCHLADY
THE AZTEC GOLD PLUMERIA THAT I HAD SENT IS FAILING.
IT CAME IN A TINY POT WITH ROOTS THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CALLED ROOTS. LEAVES BECAME LARGE SO I TRANSPLANTED. NOW, LEAVES ARE WITHERING AND CUTTING FEELS MUSHY.
DOES IT HAVE A CHANCE? DOES STEM ROT SPREAD TO OTHER PLANTS.
FR.DAMIEN-MARIE

P.S: INFREQUENTLY I RECEIVE REPLYS FROM OTHERS. ONE PERSON STOPPED REPLYING WHEN HE FOUND THAT I PURCHED PLANT FROM OTHER THAN HIMSELF.
IS PLUMERIA FORUM FOCUSED PRIMERILY FROM THOSE SEEKING MONETARY GAIN?

Garden.org is not aimed at monetary gain. We are a gardening information website. I'm sorry you had a bad experience....

Could you possible show a picture of the cutting out of the pot? How mushy?

Stem rot should not spread to other plants unless you use the same cutting utensil on both without cleaning.

REGARDING MY 3 WEEK GOLD AZTEC PLUMERIA, I KEEP HOPING FOR NEW,LEAVES WHILE CURRENT ONES ARE TURNING BROWN OR WILTING.
I DEAR NOT TOUCH IT AS IT FEELS AS IF THE SLIGHTEST PRESSURE WILL CAUSE CUTTING TO GO FLAT AS BACK AND FRONT WILL MUSH COMPLETELY.
DOES STEM ROT EVER GET BETTER?
