Cat Lover Daylilies Garden Art
I just have to share with you what I found in my iris bed today! I did not plant this and I suspect that a bee took the pollen from the dark purple iris and placed it on the light lavender iris that surrounds this one. You can see the light lavender iris just to the right and in the background. I absolutely love it!

That's cool! I had two surprises this year. I noticed that half of my clump of Casper's Shadow is very different. Must have been a seed that grew and finally decided to bloom this year. The same thing is true of Gizmo the Gremlin, had two blooms open that are different then the parent.

Gizmo is the darker ones on the bottom of the picture, the impostors are the lighter colored ones at the top of the picture.

Now I have to make sure I get them moved out of there.
