I READ SOMEWHERE THAT RUBBING DOWN LEAVES WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL WILL GET RID OF MITES.
YOUR TAKE ON THIS.
ALSO, IS THERE A,WAY TO PREVENT PLUMERIA BUGS BEFORE THERE COME?
WHERE DO THEY COME FROM. OTHER PLANTS DON'T SEEM TO HAVE THEM

Good info! I've definitely noticed that spider mites and other pests show up if I get behind on watering.

Has anybody used diluted rubbing alcohol on plumeria leaves?

I've used it on other plants to kill mealybugs or scale... seems to do no harm to any plant with "tough" leaves (waxy feel = thick cuticle to protect the leaf, such as citrus trees, hoya, philodendron). I've even used it on spider plants without much damage to the foliage (less than the bugs were doing at least!).
