Will the austree grow well and thrive in the Rocky Mountains, at elevations of 10,000 feet or more?

I am not familiar with the Austree hybrid Willow, but I did find mention of it at Planttalk Colorado

and this on trees/plants hardy to 10,000Ft. I did not see Austree Willow in these listings.
