Hi! Went biking around our neighbourhood in Ajax, Ontario yesterday and saw this dark green leafy plant. Looked quite nice and lush. Would you know what plant it is?

Hi Sooby! The dried one is thistle/teasel -- but is the green leafy one under it the actual plant? Thank you!
