Hello, my name is Jeremy and I am a customer service representative [removed]

I would like to know the appropriate method for letting everyone on the forum know about Metal Garden markers. Is it OK to post articles in regards to our website?

Joining our forum to post ads to your website and facebook pages is poor form, considered to be spam, and puts your company in a negative light.

The appropriate way is to simply update your profile, add a link to your website in your signature, and let that be enough.
