It is a Mulberry.

White Mulberry (Morus alba)

If you allow it to continue to grow, it will eventually inflict considerable damage on your garage.

Kent, you are being kind. Let me cut to the chase - It will destroy your garage. Smiling

Hi all. I have 2 kind of black mullbery-Morus nigra (common variety and a long fruit variety). I plant them about 30 cm close to building. Is it will damage the bulding too ? Is it because of their root or branch ? How far it must be from the building ? Confused

You wouldn't want a mulberry within 3 meters of a building, at the minimum. Five or more meters would be even safer. Mulberries have a pretty incredible root system. The roots will grow under a building foundation (or up against the walls if it has a basement) and eventually get large enough to crack it. That kind of damage tends to be difficult, and expensive, to fix.

Oh my.. thats not good. Thank you for your advice Kent. I tip my hat to you.

I will take some cuttings of them this weekend before cut them down. And plant them at another place.
