Dave there seems to be a duplicate entry
Dwarf Pomegranate (Punica granatum 'Nana') is also listed as
Dwarf Pomegranate (Punica granatum var. nana)

I think they are the same thing?

It seems to be two different plants.

I have just looked it up on RHS ( Royal Horticultural Society) web site and it appears they are synonyms for the same plant. (RHS is the major UK plant authority, the Chelsea Flower Show is their most well known event)
