I got this plant last year & it survived the winter. I was thinking it was chalksticks but not sure also its growing babies & wondering should I try to transfer her to another pot or just leave her be in the dish? The stalks are pretty hardy & thick

I think its Blue Chalk Stick (Senecio mandraliscae) that hasn't had good light.
