I've had good success rooting cutting of mini's in a wet block of oasis. Dip the cutting in Rootone, insert in wet block of oasis, pot in a small pot of potting soil and put in plastic bag. Place in garden in a shaded area and check occasionally for new growth. When they start to put out new leaves they are rooted. The traditional way to do H.T.'s and other larger roses is what I call "bottle babies", Take a nice cutting of the rose, strip off bottom leaves, dip in rootone and plant. Cover with a fruit bottle which has been muddied inside. A percentage will root. Good luck......
