Our son is 25 years old and just graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Major in Biology, Minor in Plant and Soil Science.
He is trying to get into a Masters Program. He has been working the last three years as a TA and teaching Biology. He received a Teacher's Award this year. He was worked over the last 5 years collecting, researching and growing over 300 species of cactus in our backyard. It's his life goal to help cactus and propagate them.

He currently is working on a hydroponics micro-propagation project with cactus, finding out the best environment and nutrients and is a member of The Cactus and Succulent Society of America (CSSA).

We are proud parents. Smiling

All of just to throw out there - just in case someone might know someone at a college that needs a someone in Masters or Doctorate program Rolling on the floor laughing

That is absolutely wonderful! You are right to be very proud of him. We need more young people working in this field. I hope there will be someone here who might be able to help him.
