Hi Forgotten my old password how do I go about changing to a new password.

Go to your profile and click on "change your account info".

@sooby, Apparently you can post to the Ask A Question Forum without having to log in.

I wondered about that but since so many say "New Member" I figured maybe they had to sign up. But in that case the OP presumably can't change the password in the profile because that would require logging in?

Are you posting perhaps from lovely Guyana? A wild guess.....

Where the login form is, you will find a link that says "Forgot password" - click on that and enter your email address and the system will email you a login link.

Dave, on the log-in page would that be "Email a password reminder" rather than "Forgot Password"? Also, if one is on the Ask a Question page, the log-in there doesn't have that option.

Personally, I never log out. So I'm not sure. But maybe try as Dave said...
