Debbie yes I do love getting new orders. This Fall I will be getting Iris and Daylilys. In the beginning process of extending my raised garden to accommodate them. I'm using the garden soil to kill the grass in the exact place that the extension will be. Under the bags, I have newspaper and plastic so there are is no light.

In the beginning.

Faye, what a wonderful idea.
I have also laid layers of newspaper or cardboard down.
Have you showed this over in the daylily and iris forums? They would love to see what you are doing in preparation for new daylilies and iris.
Which ones are you getting?

Faye, your yard is so pretty. And your beds will be awesome. Great idea on killing the grass with the bags. I love the table and chairs inside of the bed. Where are going to put all of your new semps?

Bed is completed and waiting for the new Iris. Semps found a "Chick Pen" at the top part of the extended area.

Hi all, I haven't been on here for a long time because, well, I find it extremely overwhelming! I can't find anything, and there's just plain too much to look through. It's a very active forum!

Lynn, one thing I've found is that all the links to specific places in the Cubits forum now go only to the home page - is there any way of finding things (mostly what I'm after is all the information about nurseries, and the data base - which both seem to have disappeared!

Hope all is well,
the very tired Xeric Gardener!

Hi Jacki, the link to the database is still there in the right side info box. It has not moved yet. It will be coming here to ATP as part of a larger data base. It will be very easy to use and find what you are looking for.
Can you give me links to the forums you are having problems with?
This is such a very busy time of the year for you, I can only imagine how tired you must be. Group hug

Hi Jacki, good to see you again. The information on all the nurseries is here, but each one is a separate thread mixed in with everything else - most of them about 2/3 of the way toward the end. Does that make sense? Blinking

I went to the Cubits sight and only found one link that went to my home page. It was Kin's link to his Wild Flowers of the PNW. I removed it.
