That might be a small hosta in the center, but I see Lily of the Valley for sure. Not a hosta, but a shade plant that definitely will spread!

It does look like a small hosta in the middle, but it's nearly impossible to really see what it looks like. If you think you might want to keep it, I'd lift it and carefully separate out the Lily of the Valley and then take a good look at it.
