There is a bush in my front yard that has taken over the flower bed. Im not sure what it is. Can anyone help identify it for me please?

Where do you live ?

Base on opposite leaves and twin fruit of this plant, i think its a member of Apocinaceae family. Smiling

I live in Wisconsin. Would this be a flowering bush or some sort of berry bush?
