Dave,

When I go to this page Sweet Sultan (Amberboa moschata) to upload a photo there's an ad in there instead of an uploader button. The name of the plant is there, but that's it.

Lee Anne is right. Just scroll down to the "Actions" box at the bottom. It's there for every plant.
