I grew this dahlia from a seed. It does not have a registered ADS name. I called it Gloire de Paris because it came from seeds from the Paris Dahlia show. Can I add these kinds of plants to your database? What do I need to do?

The acceptable genus name is Dahlia, but you can't add cultivars that you named yourself. You can add pictures of them to the generic Dahlia page and add whatever information you wish on the caption line.

Are the cultivar names those registered with ADS or the British group?

They can be registered with either one.
