I had to share this...

It doesn't matter how your day has gone. Always go home with your head held high. Plucked, pounded, mistreated but still with dignity. Attitude is everything.

My cat is the same way. The sillier the pratfall he just took, the greater the dignity with which he strides regally away, so that you can HEAR him projecting:

My avatar was my first attempt at making stuffed bell peppers. I've had them before, but never made them myself. I loved them! They turned out perfect. I'm about due to make them again. To me that looked like a perfect October pic, so put it up. It was stuffed bell peppers, mashed potato's and gravy, and a fresh green salad. After dinner we had Strawberry Daiquiri's.

I make stuffed peppers in tomato sauce. This summer we grew pablano peppers, and I tried stuffing those. They're good- try that sometime.

1. I never have a camera at hand when he falls off something
2. I'm too busy stifling my guffaws to take a picture.

Both my SO and I bust our guts trying not too laugh out loud when Mr. Dignified does a slapstick routine.

My very favorite is when he's lying in a chair next to me, playing at clawing at me ("boxing"). He's willing to roll over on his back, and roll back and forth, to try to reach my hand, but NOT willing to expend enough effort to stand up to reach me.

He seems not to remember that I can lure him to edge of the chair, still on his back, and get him to roll over and FALL OFF THE EDGE while boxing with me.

Then he goes HARRUMPH and stomps away muttering:
I'M FINISHED PLAYING THAT STUPID GAME NOW!
