How big are the plants and leaves? I think you may have a Japanese Anemone.

I just took a look at mine, and Japanese Anemone does look like a good possibility.

Hi, Thanks. The stems range from 7" to 2' high and the leaves range from 2" to 5". I looked up the Japanese Anemone, but I do not see any signs of flowering on these plants. Is it possible there is a type of Japanese Anemone that doesn't flower? I feel like a have a bunch of weeds but dont want to pull them until I know for sure!
