Great use of "waste" items for a scoop.

Have you ever been working with soil mixes, peat moss, or fertilizer and had to stop and retrieve or look for your scoop?

I use one in my boat as a "bale out" scoop/bucket.

Those milk jugs are great! Scoops, funnels, winter-sowing...
I like the way you cut it at an angle for scooping. Why was I using a straight-across one?
Thanks for the tip & photo!

Great idea! I have misplaced my large scoop, but I do have some gallon jugs handy.

The pictures are very helpful! I like the jug being cut at an angle. Will try as soon as I get an empty jug. Thanks.
