It kinda looks like a Clematis Piilu, that hasn't developed properly
Most pix online have pix of it looking more purple but it is pink,

All the flowers on mine are a dark red-violet, almost burgundy purple--not pinky at all. And they all look like that one, as if the inner petals just refuse to open.

Oh, lol. It could be construed as a very very very very very very deep pink, I suppose.... But the color in the photo is true to life. It doesn't look like the color of Piilu to me...
