Has anyone had experience with these? I'm thinking of placing it on the north side of the garage.

Don't know a thing about them I am sorry to say.

I currently grow this one:

I have had good success with it. It is planted in a place that does get fairly dry in the summer, and it still blooms well.

Valerie, thanks. I think I'm going to go ahead and try it or yours. Everything I've read says they can take bright shade/part shade which is what that area gets.

Mine is in a area of part shade. My daughter grows it, as well, and her soil is clay, whereas mine is quite sandy, so it seems adaptable.

Oh, that is good to hear! I have clay too but I will amend it when I plant.
