Thread OP

Hi,

I have a few species of Solidago and I'm having a difficult time identifying anything other than the very common Canadian goldenrod. Does anyone know of a good id key or website for solidago identification? I have narrowed down possible species by using the VA plant atlas (I'm in Clarke County VA) but there are still a good number of goldenrods so can anyone help?

Thanks!

Hi up too early. There are a few people here that have helped me ID some of my Solidago so you might try posting some photos of leaf, flower and whole plant here. I tip my hat to you.

Hi @upat5

Here is a link with info on 69 Solidago species. When you have IDed your plants, please consider entering pictures in the plant database.
