What is a sure-fire easy way to get rid of quack grass?

Alex, I spray with fusillade II adding a little dawn dish soap to make it stick to the grass. I usually spray any that comes back once a year, this helps keep it under control. The fusillade II has lasted me a long time and there is still some left in the bottle, for me it is the way to go as trying to dig out quack grass just is impossible.

Can you use that stuff around irises and daylilies?

Yes, I have both and lots of other plants, sometimes a few leaves look a bit yellow on the tips so far have never lost a plant. When you get it read all the information and directions before using.

Wonderful. I've tried some other grass killers, but didn't have much luck with them. And oh yeah we do have quackgrass!

So, Thanks Alex for asking the question!

Okay, thanks for the welcome. I'm taking your advice. I'm also assuming they will die back for the season...fingers crossed.
