This is the first bloom for this seedling. It is an EMO and these pictures were taken before 6:30 this morning.

Somewhat Awesome X God Save The Queen

Nice! Being a first ever to bloom as a seedling, don't be surprised if the blooms change somewhat. My guess is that the ruffles will get more pronounced with age. Lovely! Thumbs up

Beautiful, congrats! And the fact that is an EMO is great - that is a quality I appreciate.

A bit surprising that it doesn't have more teeth, but very nice!

Dennis, I noticed that some with teeth will develop them with more maturity in my garden.

Thank you, everyone. I like the color a lot.

Gerry, do you hybridize teeth a lot? I'm curious, how dominant of a trait it is in your experience (when crossing toothed with non-toothed)?

Dennis, I just started hybridizing four years ago, and I do not have many results for teeth.

I just took these pictures of the first bloom, and what a change!

In terms of RGB, the blue component has dropped roughly 30%. Definitely quite a significant hue change, and without a bad faded look-- It looks good!

Thank you, everyone for the support. This feeling is great!

I have several seedlings that will be blooming for the first time yet this summer. They have very small buds at this time, but growing every day.

That is a splendid bloom and so unlike its parents in a good way.
