How can I create a hot and humid environment in a NYC cloister.
Cold or hot humidifier, heat lamp etc.
Guess I'm trying for another garden of Eden.
I was very shocked to learn that plumeria may not emit scent out if proper conditions.

Father, do you have a bit of space where there is a 120V plug close by? You could purchase or build an inexpensive mini-greenhouse to create the environment you want. I really know of no other way to do this.
