Plant ID forum: Can u identify this annual?

Bought at hardware shop in central CA, no labels.

Looks like a round orchid flower, small plant like African violet, but bright green leaf like primrose, but leaf not elongated in shape like primrose.

Flower is like a balloon, with a single petal and hollow inside. Like a round pillowslip cover full of air.
