Dave would it be possible to make it so we can type in the genus we want to go to from the plant database home page? Instead of it going to the alphabet, choosing a letter and then having to find the page it's on.

Lynn: I type the Genus name in the search box on the database home page it takes me to that genus of plants.

Lin's method works well for the most part but doesn't work with all genera.

I should probably set it up so that if you search specifically for a genus, that it sends you to the Browse by that genus page.

This is done. If you search for just a genus name ("Sempervivum", for example) it will send you straight to that "Browse by Sempervivum" screen.

It works for all genera.
