Is anyone else missing the recently added plants that go down the left side of the home page? I just noticed they were gone.

I noticed that too awhile ago, but thought it was just my old dinasaur acting up...AGAIN

I just thought Dave had re-arranged the way the photo's are displayed. I noticed too.

I miss them because that's where I used to give most of my "thumbs up" or acorns. The Recently Added Plants section in the middle of the page changes so fast and can often be dominated by one user who is adding a lot of pictures. I liked the side photos because it was only one photo per user, but they would change sometimes if you hit the refresh button.

I'm doing some work on the homepage and for now they had to go. But soon enough we'll have them back again (sort of)

I sorta missed them on the home page at first ... but then I'm at the plant database often and view the gallery of all the recent images right there on the first page. http://garden.org/plants/
