Plant ID forum: Yellow flowering shrub -- what is it?

Does anyone recognize this shrub? It's about 10 - 12 feet tall. Grows in full sun. Flowers in the late spring in zone 6. The flowers are bunches of yellow blossoms, hanging like grapes.
