Hi everyone,

New to this site and gardening i was wondering if anyone can help me id this wee plant. My daughter planted it at nursery and we have just repotted it from the tiny wee pot it was in. Its growing like wildfire since we put it outside once we thought it was established. No one at nursery remembers. Crossing Fingers!

Susan Thank You!

It looks like so many things. Edible perhaps? Looks similar to Celery-leaved Buttercup (Ranunculus seleratus). Just a guess. Parsley.. Calantro.. Hmmm. Shrug!

No flowers yet. Was planted end of march so not sure how long, if it were going to flower, that would take?
Seems to like being outdoors in full sunlight though. 😊

Leaves look really like the emerging growth of columbine. Will wait with anticipation to see if it flowers. 😊

Leaves do look a little like this, although just looked it up and hope that the nursery wouldnt have got the kids to plant it if it can cause blisters on human skin when petals of the flower are damaged etc. Who knows though haha. Its a conundrum

It looks like Coriandrum sativum (Cilantro). Did the nursery plant a herb garden? Are you in Scotland?

Do the leaves have any kind of a smell when crushed? That will help.
