A floriferous rose

Saw this rose in my neighborhood yesterday. Was surprised how floriferous it was. It is probably 3-4 years old and fragrant. Anyone can tell the variety of this rose, please?

It reminds me of Bonica, but it could be any of a hundred or a thousand other roses.

Thank you, Zuzu. Maybe pink shrub roses are too common to identify. I should go and ask my neighbor about it.
