please help i have a bunch and it has 3 leaves on some 5 on others.

the websites ive checked dont agree with each other on what any of the stuff is

Poison Ivy (Toxicodendron radicans) will have three leaflets while it looks like yours have five. I think what you have may be Virginia Creeper (Parthenocissus quinquefolia) .

Are you sure that's all one plant? Could be Virginia Creeper and Poison Ivy growing together.

Your plant with compound leaves of 3 leaflets may be Acer negundo (boxelder) if the leaves are opposite. PI has alternate leaves.

Good eye! Agree. I wasn't looking for thorns because they weren't mentioned. That's a feature people usually notice but I don't blame anyone who's avoiding what they think is PI for not getting close enough to notice that.
