Thread OP

I'm looking to plant some ground cover, about 3000 sf. It will be on a slope hill. I live in western washington state. I would like to plant a low lying grass or plant that does not need to be mowed. With that being said I'd still like to be able to spray Broad leaf on some plants that come back that I dont want there...any ideas?

Liriope would stay below 2Ft, spreads easily and has a good root system for erosion control. It has narrow grasslike leaves and there are a couple varieties available,
