Hi phiffdaddy Welcome! If they were mine I would remove the Kalanchoe and plant in it's own container. Both succulents prefer fast-draining container media and having the roots entangled with each other and compete may compromise the health of both plants.

The Kalanchoe will soon take over and there will be no more competition (and no Adenium). Remove the Kalanchoe quick!
