I am loving this Hosta. I have been reseaching curly hostas to create a curly hosta bed. If you have any suggestions of curly hostas I would like to hear them.

Yes indeed. LOVE 'Wheee!' Curly fries is really nice but not really a mini. And I've got 'Roller Coaster Ride' growing next to 'Curly Fries' (both in virtually full sun due to the loss of a tree).

This pic shows both - CF on the right, RCR on the left, the smaller one.

Well, I guess so. Hadn't really thought of it as having wavy leaves, but it does. I've got others too, but no time now to look for them. Open garden tomorrow and there's work to do.

I do not know what it is with me and my garden and Stiletto. I have killed it twice. I ordered it again from Hallson 2 yrs ago and last year I dug what little was there and put it in a pot and it is struggling to survive. I have had the same problem with Kabitan. Cannot keep those two alive.

I found that if a hosta is struggling I put it in my home made compost put it in full sun and keep it moist. That seems to be the only think that is helping Stiletto to do a little better.

I really like 'Roller Coaster Ride'

Weird about Stiletto... it grows like a weed here in my sandy soil.

Bridegroom is a pretty one

Interesting. I never thought of 'Bridegroom' as wavy. Didn't like it much and got rid of it last autumn. It ALWAYS looked wilted to me.

It does have a wilted look to it but I do still like it!

'Invincible' - lovely shiny leaves early in the season, but such slug bait near the end of it. I finally got rid of most of mine last year, though I still have one small bit back in my veggie garden. But since I garden on a city lot, real estate is too valuable to give much to plants that are so badly decimated by slugs.
