Building 8 frame mediums. I really like that everything is uniform. It also helps that a super full of honey in a 10 frame deeps is 90 lb. and a 8 frame medium is 35 lb. lighter. Mediums also fit better In homemade barrel extractors.
A friend gave me his meat department's cutting boards from last year. I was able to cut them on a table saw and I now have 5 new thermal neutral weather proof tops. I just used weather proof deck screws.
My wife and I got 2 coats of paint on 10 medium 8 frame hive boxes. Next I need to make 3 more bottom boards and 5 more inner lids.
