Got my little pots with soil lined up but with the uncertainty of number of semps that I might get and uncertainty of which semps I might get, I will just have to have some blank white plant tags which I fill in when I have each EU semp in front of me. So no prepared tags with names will I have prepared. And I'm wondering with the advancing "slow-down season" just ahead, will I need my Quick Start to give to them to help with further rooting or not? I guess there's still time for that? I'll be happy if I can keep them alive... Crying

I'll fill pots when I know better how many there will be. I was going to quick start, I always give new plants a weak dose anyway. I hope we're still on for this. Shrug!

Yes! and what a shocking and amazing test too!

I just discovered this thread!
so excited with the update, can't wait to see what we all might get Green Grin!

and I, for one, am really, really glad they are coming 'late', or later than we may have anticipated, because this summer has been such an unbearable scorcher and I really didn't want to torture the new babies with that Smiling

Yes I'm glad they're not coming this week. Record temperatures in Oregon! Not good for transplanting.

Stay cool, all.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Aug. temps topped July's. The humidity makes it extra special too! Thumbs down

Although it goes without saying, I'll say it anyway. I'm under the impression that part of our strategy here is to raise up plants that reproduce, allowing us all to share with each other generously. Angel

I was hoping we would be trading/sharing with one another. Group hug
There were a few cultivars that were on multiple lists. I removed them from my list, because at some point someone will have offsets to trade/share and I can pick up a few I took off my list
And, there are commercial nursaries involved as well. In a couple years their new EU semps should be available. Thumbs up
I'm so excited about this, I can barely contain myself !

I have to admit... I had moments where I imagined myself gloating over being the only one to have a certain cultivar. *Blush* Lame... I know.

Yes, that's my plan is to grow and share, takes the pressure of me once another person has the cultivar. You just never know when something might happen to yours and you would need to reclaim some offsets to start again.
