Hetty (Dutchlady1) & I cooked this thing up, ran it past Trish & Dave & got their approval yesterday. Hetty's been offline today so she doesn't know what transpired today.
So, this is what will happen:
Either Hetty or I will start a new thread for the actual fight tomorrow just before fight time. If it's me, then I will go by my the time my computer says it is. Is that okay with you all? If not then speak your piece.
The new thread for the fight will be titled "Let the acorns fly!" Unless someone has a better idea. Open to suggesstions here.

Now we all know we don't need a thread to give acorns to people but half the fun of it is chattering about it while it's happening sooooo.... that's why there will be a thread for the actual acorn fight. Okay? Any thoughts?

There is no limit to the # of acorns one may throw to any one person at a time. No minimum & no maximum. If you want to play DO; if you don't want to play then DON'T. It's your choice.

Is everybody cool with this?

Hi guys sorry to have been awol all day.... No ruless.... yes you can throw fractions of acorns.... personally I am starting to make a list I can cut and paste from with names of people I want to throw acorns at

In some cases I will throw a tenth of an acorn, and in some cases five acorns at once!! Who knows!! But you've all been warned! I intend to win this contest if I have to throw ALL my acorns!!

About Gracie, she is a special cat. She and her family were abandoned by some really crappy people that used to live next to us. She was a kitten then, but retains some wildness. Took her a long time to trust me...hence the "stare" in the pic...at that time she was still not quite sure I could be trusted, since I had taken her to a vet to be spayed. She's more mellow toward me now.
